1/2 BOX PASTA
CHERRY TOMATO
BROCCOLI FLORETS
1/2 RED ONION
4 OZ FETA CHEESE
1 ROASTED RED PEPPER
1/3 CUP GREEN OLIVES
1/2 RED ONION
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
1 TSP SEASON SALT
1 TSP CHILI PEPPER FLAKES
OLIVE OIL
RED WINE VINEGAR
Cook pasta per package instructions then rinse under cool water before adding it to the veggies.
Grab a huge bowl and add all of your favorite veggies. Add the seasonings and olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste. Stir this first then add the pasta and gently stir.
These ingredients are just suggestions. Italian pasta salad can have as much or as little veggies as you like. Try different cheese or adding meats like salami or pepperoni. Different olives or pickled veggies or shredded carrots are also delicious.
