When can I expect my order?
About 3-5 business days after you order. Look out for a tracking number from hello@biggreenorganic.com.
Can I return/refund my order?
We currently are not accepting any return packages for Covid-19 health protocols, but we do offer refunds or replacements. Please reach out to us directly with the reason for refund/replacement and photos of product and packaging. If you weren’t satisfied with your order, please email us directly so we can make it right. We love to hear from you!
Do you sell internationally?
We are a small (but growing fast!) company, and our shipping capacity is somewhat limited. At the moment, we only ship to Canada, but our goal is to bring Big Green Organic Food to the whole world. Please contact us if you would like to place an order, but you live outside of USA or Canada, we can create a manual order for you. We’re working hard to expand our shipping options, including internationally! We are using DHL Express/FedEx for our international shipment. Be sure to sign up for email updates to stay in the know on where we’re headed next.
Do you offer bulk for food services?
Yes! Our products are available for foodservice. If interested, please email us directly (hello@biggreenorganic.com) with a brief description of your business/intended use, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
