Ingredients

  • 2 servings of Big Green Organic Buckwheat Ramen noodles (cooked per package instructions)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil (your choice)
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ⅛ cup peanut butter
  • Water, as needed (to thin the sauce)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
    • Stir in soy sauce and peanut butter.
    • Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Combine with Noodles

    • Toss the cooked noodles in the peanut sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Garnish & Serve

    • Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!
