Ingredients
- 1 package of Bgreen Organic Purple Yam & Millet Ramen noodles (cooked per package instructions)
- ½ red jalapeño, thinly sliced
- ½ cup carrots, julienned
- ½ cup sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 2 cups pre-made ramen broth concentrate (or chicken/fish stock with 1 tbsp miso paste)
- 6-8 boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, nori strips, chili oil
Instructions

Cook the Noodles & Vegetables
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- During the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, add the jalapeño, carrots, and sugar snap peas directly into the boiling water with the noodles.

Prepare the Broth
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the ramen broth concentrate in a separate pot. Alternatively, heat chicken or fish stock and whisk in miso paste until well combined.

Assemble the Ramen
- Strain the noodles and vegetables, then transfer them to a serving bowl.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
- Add the boiled shrimp and place the soft-boiled egg on top.

Garnish & Serve
- Customize with additional toppings such as green onions, sesame seeds, nori, or a drizzle of chili oil.
- Enjoy immediately while hot!
